Location and Facility

Your location and the building in which your practice can be critical to the success of your practice. Outdated equipment, faded upholstery, and dated decorations can give your patients the wrong impression. Like it or not, patients will judge your skills and the value of your dentistry by your surroundings. It’s important to project the right image to your patients.

  • Through the eyes of the patient – Have you taken a look at how your patients view your practice? The appearance, the odor?
  • Lease expiration – When does your lease expire? Do you know how and when to negotiate your new lease, or how to decide if buying a building is right for you?
  • Lease/Mortgage Payment – Your monthly payment should be within a justifiable range, and if not, you should understand WHY it is not.
